Every Monday and Thursday 7:00pm to 8:00pm at New Life Fellowship church.
Let's continue what we have started and I know if you have watched (within reason) the size and content of your meals, that you are seeing favorable results...you have been a little sore but feeling great the following day and now you want more results....
Well you may feel like you are not progressing but know this is a lie and tht each time you do exercise that you are moving towards he goals you want to see...so don't give up and let's continue what we have started, And if you haven't joined us then get to New Life on Thursday at 7:00pm and get started...you will succeed and it is up to you to answer the call...
