482 Middle Road, Bayport--From LIE Exit #62 or Sunrise Hwy. Exit 51, take Nichols Rd. South. Follow Nichols Rd. South to Montauk Hwy. westbound. From Montauk Hwy., turn Left on Snedecor Ave. It's approx. 1 mile to Middle Rd. Make a right onto Middle Rd. The church is on the left, parking in back, on side of church.
OR FROM WEST--Take Sunrise Hwy. E to Exit 49 toward Cr 92/Lakeland Ave/Sayville. Turn Right onto Lakeland Ave., Lakeland Ave. becomes Railroad Ave., Turn Left onto N. Main St./Montauk Hwy then
immediate Turn Slight Right onto S. Main St./Middle Rd. go about 1.4 mi. to 482 Middle Rd. Church is on the Right
