- I enjoy travelling (light, cheap, and often) and writing poetry. I can't help it; I'm hopelessly romantic, and adventurous. And, I guess, cheap....

- I've been a Christian since age 13. Right now I'm involved in prayer ministry.
- How important is your Christian faith in your life?
- My Christian faith is my life. I'm not without faults, but I strive to live for Christ every day and become more like him as time passes.
- What type of church do you belong to ?
- non-denominational :)
- What part of the world do you live in ?
- Northeast United States.
- Who are some of your favorite radio or tv preachers or authors ?
- I'm not really into the "Christian superstar" scene anymore and I don't watch a whole lot of Christian TV, but occasionally, I enjoy watching the 700 Club, the Hour of Healing, a few preachers, and those old school rapture movies they play late at night.
I enjoy Frank Peretti books as well.
- Who is your favorite actor(s)
- Will Smith and Meryl Streep
- What type of movies do you like ?
- Anything good. I recently saw "Milk" and "Doubt." Both great tear jerkers. I guess you could say I like really emotional movies.
- What kind of music do you like ?
- I like any style of Christian music--contemporary or hymn--that has a little passion and sincerity to it. I love true worship music. Occasionally, I also enjoy listening to some old school heavy metal from the 80s. I get nostalgic....
- What is your ideal vacation spot ?
- Whatever strikes my fancy at the moment. My favorite city is San Francisco and I love travelling internationally. When I go away, I like to live like a local person as much as possible. I don't really like tour groups or purchased experiences. I pretty much just like to do what I want, when I want to do it. Now that's a vacation!
- Do you believe in pre marital sex ?
- No.

Yes I saw that you live in Flushing. So you must be familiar with Elmhurst hospital. I worked there for tooooo many years to mention, as an Rn. I am now working as a coorporate nurse in the City....
I've lived in Queens since I was 13 yo. I am now 56 (hmmm), probably one of the few people in eyoked up there in age, yes? (BUT young at heart!).
When God is the Lord of your life, He comes and does wonderful things. Through the bad as well as the good, yes? I've known the Lord now since 1984....
As for enjoying Jazz, yes, I like smooth and christian jazz.....
Never been to New Orleans, though it can happen one day.
I would love to travel after I retire. I don't do much of that right now.
It's great to meet another sister in the Lord

Glad you are enjoying eyoked. I have been om for a couple of months now.Its a nice site to hear about christian events and make new friends.
I liked the drums and used to play more I havent played in a reguraly in a while.I like loving grace ministries and the Wayne keep the gospel message simple and about Jesus.I have been to a few of his events over the years.Well hope you have an awesome day talk to you soon.
