Catholic childhood, godless adolesence, Christian since about age 30, Fully relying on God since about 1997, began "Body of Christ Christian Singles Ministry" in 2007 - it is, so far, a seed, perhaps a sprout, waiting for people like you to help it grow.

- In 1990 I became a member of "The Community Reformed Church of Manhasset" I also enjoy "Shelter Rock Church" - though I believe in and encourage a home church membership, I believe "The Body of Chirst" needs to be linked,.. networked by interchurch events and fellowship. I am a Spirit-filled, Bible believing, 10,....11 commandments Christian,.. AND I understand that I am saved by grace and not under the law,.. but the laws as guidelines from a loving Father can let my life turn out better,... "If you love me, you will obey me." isn't there a scripture that says that? Yes,.. John 14:15
- What part of the world do you live in ?
- Northern Nassau County, Long Island
- Who are some of your favorite radio or tv preachers or authors ?
- Joyce Meyer, Charles Stanley, Creflo Dollar,.. and yes,.. even Joel Osteen. When the pressures of the world seem overwhelming, Joel reminds me that I am a daughter of the King.
I find the 700 club very uplifting - I use the prayer lines often - and YES, I am a member.

- Christian Contemporary. Phil 4:8 (TobyMac, KirkFranklyn, Casting Crowns, Nicole C Mullens, Nicole Nordeman, Keith Nevins, Marie Bellet, burlap to cashmire, ZoeGirl, Superchick, BarlowGirl,...the list is endless Point of Grace,... and new music is being generated as we speak,... GOD is so AMAZING!!!!
I love to SING the old hymns: "Here I am Lord,.. is it I Lord,.... I have heard You calling from above..... I will go Lord,.. if You lead me... I will hold Your people in my heart..."

in fact,.. I think I should get the ringtone...because too many people are stuck in the "talk about it, talk about it, talk about it, talk about it stage of home buying these days.

- home - I also love a cruise with my extended family on the ship: been on 2 since 2000 - had to miss one last year... :(

- Other than the preachers? Fox news (26). "700 Club",
"Designed to Sell", "House Hunters", "How it's Made", "Dr. Who", ... uh... "The Secret Life of the American Teenager" (I have 3 teens AND I host and produce a talk show on parenting,. it's research)

Second Sunday Supper,.... and how it blessed me today
It was nice to see everyone at the Second Sunday Supper today. Irene and I talked about having pot-luck dinner at my home church, the Community Reformed Church of Manhasset 2 or 3 times periodically this year, perhaps even a Valentines Day Dance in February 2009. Would anybody be up for that? If so, let me or Irene know and we will get to work on it.
