$429.00 double occupancy + $270 taxes & port charges.

All rates are per person and quoted in US Dollars. Rates INCLUDE all meals and snacks onboard the ship. Taxes and port charges are an additional $270 per person and is collected at the time of final payment. There is a $79 conference fee that will be collected 30 days prior to sailing.

Guests must be registered with our travel agency in order to attend these conference events that are offered exclusively for this group. Gratuities for this group are collected prior to sailing. When done this way, Royal Caribbean allows passengers to "table swap" so that you will not be required to sit at the same table each night, but will have the flexibility to sit at any of the tables assigned to this group. Thus, you will always be eating with others in the group, but may swap around to meet more people and dine with those in the group you have most in common with. Gratuities ($50 pp) may be paid any time prior to sailing.

After 06/10/2011, reservations are taken on a space available basis.

PAYMENTS:
In order to reserve your cabin, a deposit of $100 (per person) is required with your reservation form and can be made with a credit card, personal check, cashiers check or money order. Full payment is required by 06/10/2011 and may be paid by credit card or by personal check, cashiers check or money order. All payments must be made in US funds.
